A Foundation in Science
Driven by a genuine desire to help people feel and function better.
Dr. AJ Lababidi’s path into healthcare began with a longstanding interest in biology and a passion for helping others heal. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Cal State Polytechnic University of Pomona in June 2013, establishing a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology and the science of human movement.
He continued his clinical education at Southern California University of Health Sciences - SCUHS, where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in December 2016.
Over nearly ten years in practice, Dr. Lababidi has cared for thousands of patients with a wide range of spinal, joint and movement-related concerns. That experience has shaped a practical philosophy: advanced technology can be valuable, but it should never replace careful evaluation, clear communication or sound clinical judgment.

His Clinical Philosophy
The person comes before the protocol.
A decompression table is a tool. The quality of care depends on knowing when—and how—to use it responsibly.
Listen first
Your history, concerns and goals provide essential context before any recommendation is made.
Evaluate thoughtfully
Symptoms, examination findings and relevant imaging are considered together to assess whether decompression is appropriate.
Individualize the plan
Positioning, settings and progress measures should reflect the person—not a one-size-fits-all program.
Stay honest
If decompression is not the right fit, patients deserve a clear explanation and a responsible next step.
“Helping people heal begins with listening—then building a plan around the person, not the equipment.”
What This Means for You
Clarity before commitment.
At Chino Hills Decompression, every consultation starts with understanding how your symptoms behave, what activities have changed and what you hope to return to. Decompression is recommended only when the clinical picture supports it, and progress is reassessed rather than assumed.
